You may return products you have ordered for a full refund provided that:
- You inform us by email that you wish to return the Products within 7 days of delivery, and
- You contact and complete handover to our courier within 5 days of us providing you with our couriers contact details and our specific tracking number for your return, and
- The returned package is no larger than the one you received, and
- The Products are unused and are in a re-sellable condition, and
- All tags and labels remain attached to the Products, and
- Hygiene strips have not been detached from Swimwear
We aim to get your refund to you within 48 hours of us receiving your returned Products. You will receive a proof of payment email notifying you that the money has been refunded.
Refunds will be paid into the bank account linked to the Credit Card or EFT that was used to pay for the original order.
If your returns do not meet all of our above returns criteria we will email you to explain why and will offer to return the Products to you at your expense. We reserve the right to also be refunded for the cost of couriering the items back to us but will only do this in exceptional circumstances.
